We’ve developed a series of excursions, offering various excursion options. To help you navigate through them, here’s a glossary:
Culinary Excursions: Week-long tours that include cooking classes with an emphasis on food and wine.
Cooking Classes: Specialized day-classes with master-chefs designed to ‘add some flavour’ to your tour!
Exclusive Tours: Day-tours (either approximately 1/2 or full-days) that have English-speaking guides and/or drivers – as an addition to a longer tour.
By-Train: High-speed train travel between various cities with accommodations in each city, each tour approximately one-week long.
Self-Drive: Victours arranges for a car and a hotel/accommodations in various cities/areas that you can easily drive in a few hours, allowing you time to take in the sights along the way. (but some seem to include a guide who accompanies?)
City Breaks: Short-stays, 4 days, 3 nights. Perfect as an economical add-on to extend your tour – or as a fast getaway.
Guaranteed Departures: Group tours with tour hosts, but no minimum number of passengers is required to operate the tour. (is this ‘group’ right? Is this on a tour-bus?)
Apartments/Villas: Live like a local! Victours arranges luxury apartment/villas in selected cities. You can rent for a week – or longer.
Shore Excursions: Tours of cities with English-speaking guides. (Not sure why these are called Shore excursions as it seems only France’s cities are ‘shore-cities’)
Barge Cruises: Leisurely tours along rivers – traveling between destinations with your own cabin and gourmet meals: either on-board or on shore.
